I had the pleasure of taking Marcus, Scott, and Robert out who were in town for the Orange Bowl, with the livewell loaded with goggle eyes the plan was to put these guys on a sailfish, we headed offshore in the cold.We saw some birds working so we decided to see if anybody was home, after approximately a half hour we decided to move on, one of the crew was feeling “ below average” so we decided to troll our way south, we redeployed the goggles and we had our 1st shot, which spit the hook(sorry Marcus), then it was Robert`s turn, we heard 1 of the baitrunners go off and it is “FISH ON” and Mr. SAIL it was as he was putting on a aerial show, the boys were stoked!!! After a ˝ hour fight we snapped a few pictures and safely released the sail, a few minutes later we get another sail, although this 1 was small and Scott was on the rod, we did not feel we needed to chase the small 1 and within 50 feet or so from the boat he too spit the hook, all in all, we had our shots and were able to put another angler on their 1st SAIL. Until next time.
